Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about pre-orders
What is a pre-order
Pre-orders are small batches of pots that I make to order. I generally set a limit on the quantity available, and you get to choose the glaze and size options.
How long does it take to ship a pre-order item?
Pre-orders generally ship within 6-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the item. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your item ships.
Are pre-orders returnable?
Pre-order items are not returnable unless there is some damage or flaw.
How often do you offer pre-order pots?
Since I am living in Portugal full time now, I mostly post pre-orders for the EU and UK quarterly. I only offer pre-order items in the US:
- When I come to Portland to make a collection, once or twice a year
- Or if it's a design that I have worked with my team to re-produce. This will also only happen 2-3 times a year, and only for specific designs.
