EU + UK Pre-orders

In between shop updates, I like to offer pre-orders of my most popular designs. When I pre-order is scheduled I will send an email and announce the date on social media. Pre-orders will be pre-made in set sizes, and will offer choice of glaze colors for you to choose from. They are made to order and shipped within 6-8 weeks.

EU + UK Pre-Order FAQ

Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about pre-orders

What is a pre-order

Pre-orders are small batches of pots that I make to order. I generally set a limit on the quantity available, and you get to choose the glaze and size options.

How long does it take to ship a pre-order item?

Pre-orders generally ship within 6-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the item. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your item ships.

Are pre-orders returnable?

Pre-order items are not returnable unless there is some damage or flaw.

How often do you offer pre-order pots?

I hope to offer pre-orders of my most popular designs at least once a quarter.

Do you ship to my country?

I ship to most of the EU and UK. Please note, my planters are well packed and often come in lager boxes, that increase the cost of shipping, but also ensure a safe delivery.

Prices will include VAT, but not any additional customs fees from countries outside of the EU. Those fees may be added on by your country at the time of delivery.
