USA Pre-Orders

Because I'm living in Portugal most of the year, pre-orders will only be available in the US a couple of times per year. Some of my most popular designs, like Plant Shelfie Bookends and Pole Dancing Planters are being made in my Portland studio by my team, and may be available more often. 

When a pot is available for pre-order you can choose the color glaze and size from a pre-determined list of options. We then make those pots for you and ship once they're complete. This usually takes about 6-8 weeks to complete and ship.

New pre-orders will be announced to my email subscribers first, and then on social media. Sometimes they sell out quickly, so be sure to subscribe to my email list for advance notice.

USA Pre-Order FAQ

Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about pre-orders

What is a pre-order

Pre-orders are small batches of pots that I make to order. I generally set a limit on the quantity available, and you get to choose the glaze and size options.

How long does it take to ship a pre-order item?

Pre-orders generally ship within 6-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the item. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your item ships.

Are pre-orders returnable?

Pre-order items are not returnable unless there is some damage or flaw.

How often do you offer pre-order pots?

Since I am living in Portugal full time now, I mostly post pre-orders for the EU and UK quarterly. I only offer pre-order items in the US:

  • When I come to Portland to make a collection, once or twice a year
  • Or if it's a design that I have worked with my team to re-produce. This will also only happen 2-3 times a year, and only for specific designs.
