A retreat is always a good idea. Best vacation ever, especially for new potters who are still exploring their own styles. During his particular retreat, Helen Rasekhy, aka The Persian Potter , will teach you to create your own personalized texturing tools with clay, designed by you, according to your own personal preferences.

Depending on your pace, you should leave your 'claycation' with:

  •  one large roller stamp of your own design
  •  3-10 other smaller stamps of varying styles and sizes
  • most importantly, the know-how to become your own master of textures.
  • And you'll meet some very cool people while enjoying the simple tranquility of the Portuguese landscape.

See: best vacation -no, Claycation ever!

Payment and shipping options

All prices are in euros. Exchange rate to dollars or other currency will be based on the rates at time of payment.

Items made during the retreat to be transported at makers expense, unless other arrangements are made. We recommend packing an extra bag or leaving space in your carry on bag to bring items home with you. Not all items made will be fired- as the workshop is about technique.

Add an extra week residency

If one week of retreat isn't enough time to explore all your new ideas and techniques, retreat guests may add on a custom residency option for more time to immerse themselves in the studio. Contact Nicole when booking to schedule a chat or ask questions.
