Open Studio Hours
Open studio is time to work on personal projects without formalized instruction. Nicole will be in the studio to answer questions and provide some guidance as needed. Open Studio sessions will be offered in 3 hour blocks of time, and artists are asked to sign up in advance, as space can be limited. Sign up by emailing Nicole through the form below.
- 3 hours 40€
- 12 hours 115€ (4- 3 hour sessions)
- 18 hours 160€ (6- 3 hour sessions)
- 24 hours 200€ (8- 3 hour sessions)
Fees include:
- Select studio glazes, engobes, and underglazes
Firing:
- Firing is included if work fits in with other student work firings in the 60 liter kiln.
- Work too large to fit will need to be fired elsewhere and those costs will be separate.
- Full 60 liter kiln rentals are 15€ for a bisque firing and 20€ for a glaze firing
- Access to tools, equipment and shelf space for storage
- Equipment available:
- Slab roller
- 4 pottery wheels
- Banding wheels
- Throwing and handbuilding tools
Open Studio Hours:
Open studio hours are listed below. There may also be an opportunity to work during other class hours if classes are not full, wheel throwing open studio hours can occur during the handbuilding classes on Monday from 3-6:30, on those days Nicole will be available for guidance after she gives the lesson to the handbuilding students. Those time slots will be added as class registration is finalized

- Monday 10-2 (handbuilding only, wheel throwing class in progress), 3:30- 7:30 (wheel and hand building)
- Tuesdays 9:30 - 2:30 (handbuilding only, wheel throwing class in progress)
- Wednesday 1:30- 4:30 (wheel and hand building)/ 6:00- 9:00 (handbuilding)
- Thursdays 11:00-5:00 (wheel and hand building)
- Saturdays
