Unicorn Skin White Plant Shelfie Bookends- USB (Seconds)
Last year, I had molds made of my Plant Shelfie Bookends so that I could continue sharing them here in the US after my move. After more than a year of planning and saving, lets just say hiring out production of my designs was a very expensive mistake! But, this means I have a bunch of not-quite-perfect pairs (and singles) of Plant Shelfie Bookends, at fab discounts for you!
All bookends are functional (tested for leaks). Most flaws are cosmetic: glaze defects, tiny cracks, warping. More flaws = bigger discount. Each one is unique, and completely handmade. In fact, these have been handled by human hands even more than my wheelthrown bookends. My assistant Anna spent hours, sanding, glazing, re-glazing, sending photos and making spreadsheets, all to help me deliver a quality rendition of my designs.
I hope you’ll love them, despite their flaws. They truly were a labor of love.
Flaws: each saucer has a small crack in the surface that has been epoxied to make it water tight. A barely visible flaw that does not affect functionality. (see photos)
These do not have hooks on the back.
